We are proud and deeply honored to share that Four Pillars Hospice has been named a Rising Star Award recipient by the Granbury Chamber of Commerce.

The Rising Star Award recognizes organizations that are making a meaningful and growing impact in the Granbury community. Receiving this honor just four months into serving Hood County is both humbling and affirming for our entire team.

A Night of Celebration & Community

The award was presented during the Chamber’s annual celebration, surrounded by community leaders, local businesses, and organizations who share a commitment to serving Granbury with heart, integrity, and purpose. It was an evening filled with gratitude, connection, and appreciation for the people who make this community so special.

During the awards ceremony, Lindsay shared what drives the mission and heart behind Four Pillars Hospice:

Thanks to Synergy Wealth Alliance sitting back there that believed in me, guys. JM, Michelle, Beth, y’all have no idea. You took a shot at me and I promise you that I’ll do nothing but make you proud. Thank you. Thank you to this team right here, my best friends, my daughter, my people that I work well with every single day. I can’t even tell you it’s a dream come true to work with people that you love to work with every single day. And then looking back here at the community. I love you guys. I have my best friends in this room and that’s why I do a good job at what I do because I can lean on y’all every single day. And ask you for every single thing that I need and you show up without a doubt for my patience. For the community, every single time I ask something and nobody ever says no. And that’s why I succeed at what I do. Thank you so, so much.

Four Pillars Hospice has proudly served the Granbury community for the past four months with a mission to redefine what hospice should be. Guided by leadership with more than 100 years of combined healthcare experience, our organization is built on four pillars — compassion, presence, stewardship, and integrity — and those pillars guide every decision and every interaction we have.

What truly sets Four Pillars Hospice apart in Hood County is our deeply personal approach to care. Every patient and every family is treated with intention, respect, and genuine support, ensuring they feel valued during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Beyond patient care, we are deeply committed to giving back to this community. Our leadership serves on local boards including United Way of Hood County, the Hood County Senior Center, and Rancho Brazos Community Center. We sponsor events, support community initiatives, and engage with local nonprofits whenever possible.

As an active member of the Granbury Chamber of Commerce, we participate in Ambassadors, Rising Leaders, Women in Business, and other Chamber events. Our greatest pride comes from the trusted place we hold in the hearts of families and the education we provide — always striving to do the right thing for the right reasons, every single time.

More Than Hospice Care

At Four Pillars Hospice, our work goes far beyond medical care. It is about showing up with compassion, honoring each individual’s story, and walking alongside patients and families during life’s most tender moments.

Our commitment extends into the community we serve — through board leadership, nonprofit partnerships, event sponsorships, and active participation in Chamber programs — because caring for people also means caring for the place they call home.

With Gratitude

This award belongs to our extraordinary care team, volunteers, community partners, and the families who trust us every day. Your support, collaboration, and belief in our mission are the foundation of everything we do.

We are deeply grateful to the Granbury Chamber of Commerce for this recognition and for championing organizations that strengthen our community. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to doing the right thing, for the right reasons — every single time.

Thank you, Granbury. We are honored to serve you.
