About Us

Four Pillars Hospice was founded on the simple belief that end-of-life care should be about living fully, even when time is limited.

Our team brings decades of combined experience to provide comprehensive hospice services designed to meet not just medical needs, but emotional, spiritual, and family needs too.

We chose the name “Four Pillars” to represent the four essential elements we promise to every patient and family:

Compassion  |  Presence  |  Stewardship  |  Integrity

Lindsay Williams – Chief Executive Officer

Lindsay Williams serves as the CEO of Four Pillars Hospice, where her days are dedicated to both building strong community connections and fostering a supportive, unified team. With over 21 years in healthcare, she has worn many hats — giving her a deep understanding of each role on the care team and the impact they have on patients and families.

Her passion for hospice care is rooted in a simple belief: people deserve the best care available. Lindsay is committed to meeting patients and families where they are, providing support not only in their medical needs but in every area of life during such an important chapter. She treats every patient and loved one with the same respect and dignity she would give her own family.

To Lindsay, the Four Pillars — Compassion, Presence, Stewardship, and Integrity — mean showing up every single time, doing what she promises, and creating genuine, lasting relationships built on trust. She hopes that every family she serves feels comfort in knowing her team will be an extension of their own.

Outside of work, Lindsay cherishes time with her children and enjoys connecting with people. Genuine in every interaction, she leads Four Pillars Hospice with heart, purpose, and an unwavering dedication to those in her care.

Bryan Garcia - Executive Director, Granbury

As Executive Director of Four Pillars Hospice in Granbury, Bryan oversees the administrative and management duties of the office while supporting every member of the team. His leadership is rooted in a career built on service and a genuine passion for helping others — a passion that began with the simple joy of making a positive difference in someone’s life.

With 15 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and over five years as the Clinical Director of The Orthopedic Sports Medicine Institute in Aledo, TX, Bryan brings both clinical expertise and a people-first approach to hospice care. For him, the heart of the work lies in building relationships, establishing trust, and ensuring patients and families feel supported every step of the way.

Bryan sees the Four Pillars — Comfort, Dignity, Support, and Peace — as interconnected foundations that guide not only patient care, but also the way the Four Pillars team interacts with families and one another. His hope is that every family feels the deep passion and commitment behind the care they receive.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling the country for his son’s baseball tournaments, and making memories with his daughter at the park. A little-known fact: in 2021, he served as head coach of the United States Men’s National Flag Football Team, leading them to a gold medal victory at the IFAF World Championships in Jerusalem, Israel. Passionate in everything he does, Bryan brings that same energy and dedication to the families he serves at Four Pillars Hospice.

Kelley Kacal - Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Kelley brings extensive clinical and operational expertise to an industry where precision, empathy, and excellence matter deeply. With over 30 years of nursing experience, she has dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, competent care—both at the bedside and in leadership.
Kelley is known for her directness, integrity, and hands-on leadership style. She leads with both heart and accountability, ensuring her teams not only meet standards but embody the values of dignity, trust, and presence.
Kelley’s leadership is guided by the Four Pillars —Comfort,Dignity, Support, and Peace. Comfort means anticipating and meeting needs before they arise; dignity preserves each person’s worth and individuality; support extends equally to patients, families, and staff; and peace is both the journey and the goal, ensuring no one faces the end of life in fear or uncertainty. These pillars are not aspirations—they are promises that define every decision, every interaction, and every moment of care.
Kelley is driven by a singular belief: “We have one chance to get it right” and she takes that mission personally—mentoring nurses, building systems that support quality end-of-life care, and advocating fiercely for the patients and families.
Outside of work, Kelley is a proud mother of four, two of which are also in nursing, now mirroring the example she modeled for so many years. She finds peace outdoors with her family—camping, fishing the rivers of Arkansas, and watching the sun rise and set in west Texas. Her life has been shaped by a deep connection and commitment to her family, a passion and purpose in her career, and a strength in every season of her life. She brings the same standards and promise to Four Pillars Hospice.

Aubrey Lopez – Marketing & Community Engagement

Aubrey is a Crane High School graduate now living in Granbury, Texas, where she combines her marketing expertise with a heart for service at Four Pillars Hospice. Her days are spent visiting local facilities, attending community events, and stepping into multiple roles whenever needed always with the goal of representing something that truly matters.

With a background in sales, Aubrey has a unique talent for guiding people through difficult decisions, offering both empathy and professional insight.

Her passion for hospice work is deeply personal, shaped by the experience of walking alongside her grandmother through a four-year illness and being present in her final moments. That journey left Aubrey with an unshakable dedication to helping families feel seen, heard, and safe, and to being a peaceful, trusted presence in their lives.

Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys time with her family, and her dog Murphy. She’s a creative spirit who loves exploring new places and trying new things — and she just might surprise you by playing the harmonica, violin, and marimba, making her a one-woman band.

Grace Baldwin - Hospice Chaplain

Grace serves as a hospice chaplain with Four Pillars Hospice, walking alongside patients and families in some of life’s most tender seasons. Her days are spent in homes, assisted living communities, and memory care facilities offering prayer, listening with empathy, or simply sitting in quiet companionship so no one feels alone.

Her calling to hospice care comes from a deep belief that every person deserves peace, dignity, and support at the end of life. With training in pastoral care, counseling, and grief support, Grace brings both professional experience and a heart of empathy to her work.

Grace treasures the stories she hears from patients and families and considers it a privilege to be welcomed into their journeys. She hopes that every family she works with feels cared for, supported, and never alone.

Outside of her role, Grace enjoys spending time with her children, whether exploring outdoors or working together around the family farm. Many are surprised to learn that she grew up in Papua New Guinea on the mission field, an experience that shaped her love for people, cultures, and meaningful connection.

For Grace, chaplaincy is rooted in one word: presence the simple but powerful gift of showing up, listening, and offering comfort without rush or judgment.

Ashley Wagoner - RN / Case Manager

As an RN Case Manager, Ashley is known for her calm presence, big heart, and dedication to the details that make her patients feel truly cared for. Her days begin with team meetings to align care and communication, followed by time spent visiting patients, coordinating with families, and supporting her fellow nurses. She believes in learning something new every day, whether it is a new rule, a new story, or a new way to serve with excellence.

With more than fifteen years of nursing experience, including thirteen years in home health and two years in labor and delivery, Ashley brings both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of family dynamics to her work. Transitioning into hospice has given her a new perspective on what it means to care, not just to treat, but to walk alongside patients and families through every moment with compassion and honesty.

Ashley believes strongly in empowering patients and families to make decisions that bring peace and confidence. For her, the Four Pillars—Compassion, Presence, Stewardship, and Integrity—represent the foundation of meaningful care. Her goal is to bring comfort, laughter, and reassurance, ensuring that families feel supported and never alone.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys home improvement projects, yard work, and long walks while listening to her favorite music from Rod Stewart and The Eagles to worship songs and murder mystery audiobooks. She loves spending time with her husband and two boys, traveling, exploring, and finding joy in everyday moments.

For Ashley, nursing is an act of love guided by gentleness, humor, and a commitment to making every visit feel like care from a trusted friend. 💜
