About Four Pillars Hospice

Our Pillars

R

Compassion

We lead with empathy and humanity in every interaction. Our care is rooted in deep respect for the emotional, physical, and spiritual journey of each patient and family we serve.

R

Presence

We offer more than care — we offer our presence. In moments of vulnerability, uncertainty, or transition, we show up fully and remain grounded in the now, honoring each moment with attention and peace.

R

Stewardship

We take thoughtful responsibility for the resources, relationships, and trust placed in us. As stewards of people’s final chapter, we lead with intentionality, ensuring our care is both impactful and sustainable as we grow.

R

Integrity

We operate with transparency, trust, and accountability. We advocate fiercely for our patients’ wishes and values, ensuring their voices are central in all decisions. Our commitment is to ethical practice, honest communication, and unwavering respect.

Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families in their final chapter.

Here’s all the info for Saturday! See y’all there! 🦆🦆🪿LAST CALL TO JUMP INTO THE FUN! 🚨
The Granbury Goosebump Jump is almost here, and it’s time to help kick off the Winter Guest Tourism Season in true Granbury style!
📅 Saturday, January 17
📍 City Beach Park | Lake Granbury
Visit Granbury is challenging our community, civic groups, charitable organizations, and brave individuals to take the plunge into the very cold waters of Lake Granbury, or simply spectate, all for a great cause. 🥶💙
⚠️ Important update: Online registration has ended, but in-person registration will be available at the event, so there’s still time to join in!
💥 Why it matters:
This friendly competition raises funds through:
• $10 Goosebump Jump registrations
• $10 Chili Tasting registrations
• $1,000 from Accent Rock, sponsors of the Chili on the Beach Cook-Off
• Up to $1,000 from the Granbury Area Lodging Association
All funds go to the 501(c)(3) organization that brings the most participants who check in at the event.
Last year’s beneficiary, Forward Training Center, received $3,373 when 64 participants jumped in for their cause. Let’s raise the bar this year!
🙌 How you can help your favorite charity win (it’s easy):
✔ Register in person on January 17
✔ Name the charity you want to benefit
✔ Encourage friends and family to join in
✔ Check in at the event
🎉 What happens at the Goosebump Jump:
• 10 am – Registration, music, vendors & fun
• 11 am – Opening ceremonies & mascot races
• 11:30 am – Costume judging & awards
• 12 pm – The Official Jump
• 12:15 pm – After party at Hilton Garden Inn with JR Spas hot tubs
• 12:30 pm – Chili Cook-Off tastings
✨ New this year:
Strike a pose in our giant inflatable snowglobe, walk the blue carpet in style, snap photos, and soak up all the festive fun, whether you’re jumping or cheering from shore.
🔥 Ways to stay warm:
• Hot tubs by JR Spas
• Coffee, cocoa & cookies hosted by Hilton Garden Inn
• Chili on the Beach Cook-Off tastings
• Warming Zone sponsored by G&G Electric
A huge thank you to our sponsors: Granbury Area Lodging Association, Visit Granbury – City of Granbury, KHITS 95.5, JR Spas, Texas EMS, Accent Rock, G&G Electric, and Hood County News.
